First Call Housing is a national community involvement, regeneration, advice and training agency with staff and consultants throughout England and Wales. Registered as a Charitable trust since 2006 the organisations team offers a wide range of services to tenants and young people in social housing and has carried out projects that have included young people on housing estates across Britain.

Commissioning the organisation’s services results in the provision of support for greater resident involvement in choices over the future of their homes and neighbourhood. A key objective is to facilitate people having an “informed choice” in what happens in their communities. The First Call team have extensive experience of reaching those who are traditionally excluded from real choice and opportunity in housing, regeneration and in the way their communities are run.
